titleOfInvention | Intermediate transfer body for electrophotography |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] To form a material by selecting from a wide range, to flexibly cope with vibration of an image forming apparatus and uneven rotation of an image carrier, and to form a toner image at a nip portion. Provided is an electrophotographic intermediate transfer member capable of obtaining a high-definition image by suppressing spread in a nip portion width direction. SOLUTION: This is an electrophotographic intermediate transfer body 6A for temporarily transferring a toner image formed on an image carrier 1 before transferring it onto a final recording material, and is provided outside a conductive base 6a. An intermediate layer 6b and a surface layer 6c are provided in this order. An electrophotographic intermediate transfer member 6A in which the elastic modulus of c is lower than the elastic modulus of the intermediate layer 6b. |
