(57) [Problem] To provide a simple means for preventing a reagent from flowing back to an on-off valve for gas supply control provided in the middle of a pipe for blowing an inert gas into a reagent solution. A highly airtight stainless steel pipe (35) is provided between a slightly permeable Teflon tube (35c) for blowing an inert gas into a reagent solution and a gas supply control solenoid valve (31). The connection at a prevents the gas from flowing out further by the stainless steel pipe and prevents the reagent solution from flowing back to the solenoid valve 31. |
