titleOfInvention Red phosphor for cathode ray tube
abstract (57) [Problem] To maintain a current saturation characteristic, a temperature characteristic, a film burning characteristic and the like which are basic characteristics of a Y 2 O 3 : Eu phosphor, It is an object of the present invention to obtain a red phosphor capable of improving the beam current imbalance with a green cathode ray tube. SOLUTION: A red phosphor for a cathode ray tube is made of Y 2 O 3 : E. The phosphor was composed of a mixture of a u phosphor and a Ga 2 O 3 : Eu phosphor having a monoclinic crystal form.
