(57) [Problem] To establish a method for producing a spherical composite tin oxide powder capable of taking a wide range of compositions. SOLUTION: A second component element such as an alkaline earth metal element, a rare earth element, a transition element, a group 13 element in the periodic table, a group 14 element (excluding tin), a group 15 element in the periodic table, and a chalcogen element. Is melted in a flame to form a spherical melt, and then cooled to produce a spherical composite tin oxide powder uniformly containing a wide range of the second component element. |
