titleOfInvention | Method for measuring saccharified protein |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To measure EDT when fructosyl amino acid oxidase is used to measure a glycated protein in a biological sample. There has been a demand for a method for measuring a saccharified protein using an enzyme that does not inhibit the reaction even with a sample containing A. SOLUTION: The fungus is Fusarium oxysporum S-1 F4 (Fusarium oxysporum S-1F4) (FERM By separating and purifying fructosyl amino acid oxidase generated by BP-5010), a method for measuring a glycated protein which does not inhibit the reaction even with an EDTA-containing sample could be established. |
