PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel and inexpensive method for continuously producing α-chloroketone using a substituted alkynylamide. (I) cyclizing an alkynylamide to form 5- Forming methylene oxazoline; (Ii) chlorinating 5-methyleneoxazoline with trichloroisocyanuric acid to produce a chlorinated oxazoline intermediate; (Iii) hydrolyzing the chlorinated oxazoline intermediate with an aqueous acid to produce the desired monochloroketone; (Z is alkyl or substituted alkyl, aryl or substituted aryl, heteroaryl or substituted heteroaryl, or phenylene; R is a hydrogen atom or alkyl; R 1 and R 2 are each independently alkyl or Are substituted alkyl groups, or together with the carbon atom to which they are attached, form a cyclic structure) |
