(57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a pulverization and classification method capable of stable production. SOLUTION: A raw material composed of at least one kind of thermoplastic resin or a raw material containing at least one kind of thermoplastic resin is dispersed in a gas stream and pulverized by collision, and the pulverized material is put into an opening of a rotating member having an opening. In the pulverization classification method in which the dispersed gas is passed, the pulverized material is passed through and the pulverized material that does not pass is passed through, and the pulverized material that does not pass is merged with the raw material, and the raw material contains a lubricant in the pulverization classification method.
