titleOfInvention | Buffer composition |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a stabilized buffer solution composition containing, as an active ingredient, a carbonate compound capable of releasing hydrogen carbonate ions in an alkaline buffer solution. SOLUTION: The composition is an enzyme-containing composition that uses an alkaline buffer solution (excluding a carbonate buffer) having a pH of 8 to 11 and performs an enzymatic reaction in an alkaline region as a main component, and releases bicarbonate ions. A buffer composition containing a carbonate compound as an active ingredient, and a method for suppressing pH fluctuation of the buffer composition. [Effect] This is a composition for enzymatic measurement with good reproducibility, and can be obtained as a measurement composition with a reduced concentration of a buffer solution. |
