titleOfInvention Membrane washing method and membrane washing mechanism
abstract (57) [Summary] In a water treatment facility, a separation membrane for performing solid-liquid separation of purified treated water is washed without using a chemical solution harmful to the human body. SOLUTION: A disinfectant raw material supply device 2 containing a solid S obtained by fixing salt or the like with a biodegradable material in an aeration treatment tank 1 is provided. 0 is disposed, and the salt is dissolved in the treated water. The treated water is suctioned by the suction pump 4 through the filter 3 to perform solid-liquid separation, and then stored in the filtered water storage tank 10. The filtrate is pumped to the secondary side of the filter 3 by the liquid feed pump 13 while electrolyzing the filtered water by the electrolyzer 12. Since hypochlorite having sterilizing power is generated from the salt in the filtered water by the electrolysis, the separation membrane 2 is effectively backwashed to eliminate clogging.
