(57) [Abstract] [Problem] Klebsiell, Escherichia coli (Escherichia coli) a pneumoniae (Klebsiella pneumoniae), and Enterobacte A probe having specific reactivity with DNA or RNA possessed by r cloacae (Enterobacter cloacae) is provided. SOLUTION: Escherichia coli, Klebs iella pneumoniae, Enterobacter c Genomic DNA of loacae (Enterobacter cloacae) bacteria and bacteria isolated from patients infected by these combinations is isolated and digested with HindIII. The plasmid into which this HindIII fragment was inserted, Escherichia coli, Klebsi A DNA fragment crossed in hybridization with chromosomal DNA derived from ella pneumoniae or Enterobacter cloacae is selected. |
