titleOfInvention Method for producing optically active 2-hydroxycarboxylic acid ester compound
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a method capable of easily recovering an optically active 2-hydroxycarboxylic acid ester compound and producing a large amount of the compound in a high yield. An organic solution obtained by dissolving a racemic mixture of a 2-hydroxycarboxylic acid ester compound containing an (R) -form and an (S) -form in an organic solvent substantially insoluble or hardly soluble in water, An immobilized bacterium obtained by adhering and immobilizing a microorganism capable of selectively decomposing either the (R) -form or the (S) -form optical isomer on a hydrophilic immobilization carrier containing a nutrient of the microorganism. By contacting with the body, the above (R) -form or (S) -form optical isomer is selectively decomposed, and then the remaining (R) -form or (S) -form optical isomer which is not decomposed A method for producing an optically active 2-hydroxycarboxylic acid ester-based compound, wherein isomers are separated and collected.
