abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a novel esterification reaction product which can be used as a processing aid for rubber. SOLUTION: This is an esterification reaction product of a mixture of pentaerythritols and a higher fatty acid or a reactive derivative thereof, wherein the mixture contains 60% by weight or more of polypentaerythritol, and 50% by weight of polypentaerythritol. The above is tripentaerythritol, and the esterification reaction product has a hydroxyl group content of 3 to 7%. An esterification reaction product of a mixture of pentaerythritols and a higher fatty acid.
