SOLUTION: A highly saturated rubber having an NBR of 50 to 90% by weight and an iodine value of 80 or more is hydrogenated NBR and / or E. A rubber composition in which 1 to 20 parts by weight of a phosphate ester plasticizer is blended with 100 parts by weight of a rubber component composed of 10 to 50% by weight of PDM. |
