titleOfInvention | Method for producing granular polyarylate |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular polyarylate which does not contain an active terminal, has a small proportion of fine powder, and which can easily and stably obtain a granular polyarylate for a long time with an easy apparatus. Provided is a method for producing arylate. SOLUTION: In a granulation tank, 40 to 1 at normal pressure or reduced pressure. A methylene chloride solution of polyarylate is supplied to and mixed with the heated polyarylate-water slurry heated to 00 ° C., and the mixed slurry is passed through a circulation line provided in a granulation tank while distilling off methylene chloride. In a method of producing a granular polyarylate by circulating and extracting a part of the circulating slurry, a methylene chloride solution of the polyarylate is supplied to the liquid phase in the form of droplets from a gas phase in a granulation tank. |
