SOLUTION: The fiber-reinforced urethane resin multilayer foam comprises a fiber-reinforced high-density urethane resin foam layer 1 containing at least one mat-like reinforcing fiber 3, a mat-like body or a net-like body. 4 and a low-density urethane resin foam layer 2 including a fiber-reinforced high-density urethane resin foam layer 1 and a low-density urethane resin foam layer 2 having a resin density ratio of 3 or more. And The fiber-reinforced urethane resin multilayer foam may have two or three layers.
