abstract (57) [Summary] (Modifications) [Problem] The present invention provides a means for any person to make-up makeup with peace of mind and a means to prevent undesired phenomena such as the appearance of stimuli caused by make-up. The task is to SOLUTION: The method for evaluating a cosmetic application tool is rubbed on the skin with a cosmetic application tool and the amount of a stratum corneum or a fragment thereof adhered to the cosmetic application tool is used as an index. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a means for any person to make-up makeup with peace of mind and a means for preventing undesired phenomena such as expression of a stimulus caused by make-up.
