titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of oxide-based superconducting magnet system, oxide-based superconducting magnet system, and superconducting magnetic field generator
abstract (57) Abstract: A method for manufacturing an oxide-based superconducting magnet system suitable for using an oxide-based superconductor is provided. A method of manufacturing an oxide-based superconducting magnet system includes an oxide-based superconducting magnet including a superconducting magnet (1) made of an oxide-based superconducting material, a permanent current switch (4), and a current lead (6) for superconducting connection between them. Each part of the permanent current magnet is pre-molded in a predetermined shape and arrangement, and the connection ends between the parts are brought into contact with each other at the connection part 7, and at the same time, the parts including the connection part 7 are superconductive by partially melting and solidifying heat treatment. After forming the body, a cooling system having a predetermined configuration necessary for operation of the permanent current magnet is formed.
