titleOfInvention | Method for producing grafted polymer material |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] Unlike conventional methods, there is no restriction on the type of polymer base material, no damage to the base polymer, and no high-concentration substances such as sensitizers after polymerization is completed. Molecular materials can be manufactured. [Means for Solving the Problems] In photopolymerizing a polymerizable monomer onto the surface of a solid polymer material, a peroxy group is introduced into the polymer surface by low-temperature plasma treatment, and then the peroxy group is converted into a photopolymerization starting point. A method of producing a grafted polymer material, which is irradiated with light in the presence of a polymerizable monomer to perform graft polymerization. |
