titleOfInvention | Electrode for resistance welding and method of manufacturing the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode for resistance welding having a long life and a method for manufacturing the electrode, and to manufacture the electrode using a device or a processing device generally used for powder metallurgy, so that the electrode for resistance welding is easily industrialized. And a manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In the electrode for resistance welding, W is 5 to 9 in weight ratio. An electrode for resistance welding composed of a W-Mo alloy material having 5% and a balance substantially consisting of Mo, wherein the W-Mo alloy material has K in a weight ratio of 10 to 100 ppm. The electrode for resistance welding is used for spot welding of galvanized steel sheet. |
