titleOfInvention Lean carrier device and manufacturing method
abstract [PROBLEMS] To enable a 3-D confined microstructure to be efficiently manufactured in a useful device. SOLUTION: A crystallographic facet 26 including a crystal structure formed of a first material 25 and having a width and a length, and arranged in a row on the crystallographic facet 26 and a second material Is a dilute carrier device having the quantum dots 30 formed in the above. The rows of quantum dots 30 extend along the length of the crystallographic facet 26 and have approximately one quantum dot width and multiple quantum dot lengths. The rows of quantum dots 30 form the building blocks for circuits based on dilute or single electronics.
