titleOfInvention Graft polymerization method
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graft polymerization method which has a high degree of freedom in controlling the surface of a substrate, can polymerize even a non-aqueous monomer, and can suppress the formation of a homopolymer. SOLUTION: (1) By reacting a droplet of the aqueous solution in a suspension or an emulsion comprising an aqueous solution containing a graft polymerization initiator and an organic solvent with a substrate surface to be subjected to graft polymerization. (A) forming a polymerization initiation point on the substrate surface (b), and then graft-polymerizing a polymerizable unsaturated compound on a portion of the substrate surface where the polymerization initiation point is formed, (c) a graft polymerization method. And (2) as the first graft polymerization, the graft polymerization is performed only on the partial surface of the substrate by the method (1), and further, as the second graft polymerization, the partial surface of the substrate on which the first graft polymerization is not formed. And a graft polymerization method in which a polymerizable unsaturated compound different from the above is graft-polymerized.
