titleOfInvention Recovered ε-caprolactam and purification method thereof
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide high-purity recovered ε-caprolactam that can be used at the same level as virgin ε-caprolactam. SOLUTION: An aqueous solution of ε-caprolactam depolymerized or extracted with hot water is concentrated to 90% by weight or more, and then recrystallized or distilled under reduced pressure at a pressure of 20 Torr or less / 150 ° C. or less to contain adipimide. A recovered ε-caprolactam having an amount of 3 ppm or less is obtained.
