titleOfInvention | Method for producing N-acetylcysteine derivative |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economically excellent and efficient method for producing an N-acetylcysteine derivative. SOLUTION: N-acetyldehydroalanine and a thiol represented by the following general formula (I): R-SH (I) (wherein, R represents an alkyl group or an aryl group which may be substituted). The following general formula (II) obtained by reacting a compound with an alkanol having 1 to 4 carbon atoms as a solvent in the presence of sodium acetate or sodium hydrogen carbonate; (In the formula, R is the same as described above.) A method for producing an N-acetylcysteine derivative represented by the formula: |
