titleOfInvention Organometallic compound for forming electron-emitting device, method for manufacturing electron-emitting device, and image forming apparatus
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-soluble, high-temperature decomposable organometallic compound which can be rapidly decomposed, a method for manufacturing an electron-emitting device using the same, and a method for using the electron-emitting device. Provided is an image forming apparatus. An organometallic compound for forming an electron-emitting device having an electron-emitting portion between opposing electrodes on a substrate, wherein the organometallic compound is of the formula (1) (However, R 1 is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and R 4 , R 6 and R 8 are each independently — (CH 2) s-C (Ra) (Rb) one (CH 2) t-a represents, R 2, R 3, R 5, R 7, R 9, R 10 is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl carbon atoms from 1 to 3 R 3 and R 9 , or R 2 and R 10 may be bonded to each other; a and Rb are a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 2 carbon atoms, n is an integer of 1 to 4, m is an integer of 1 or 2, p is 0 or 1, s is 0, 1 or 2 , T represents 1 or 2, and M represents a metal).
