SOLUTION: In a photosensitive film in which (a) a support film, (b) a photosensitive resin layer having a thickness of 0.5 to 18 μm and (c) a protective film are laminated in this order, (c) the protective film is made of polyester A photosensitive film having a thermoplastic resin layer on a film or a polypropylene film, wherein an average surface roughness of a surface of the thermoplastic resin layer in contact with the photosensitive resin layer is 0.03 μm or less.
