titleOfInvention | Immunoassay element and immunoassay method |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] The present invention provides an immunoassay element to which a homogeneous enzyme immunoreaction is applied, which can be manufactured with fewer steps, and can be performed with high sensitivity and rapid analysis by a simple operation. It also provides a method using the analysis element. The present invention relates to an immunoassay element for analyzing the amount of a ligand by measuring a change in an enzyme activity caused by a reaction between a ligand, an enzyme-labeled ligand, and an antibody to the ligand, wherein a diffusible substance is produced by the enzyme. An immunoassay element comprising: a substrate layer containing a non-diffusible substrate; and a reagent layer containing a low-molecular-weight enzyme that converts the diffusible substance into a low-molecular product. The antibody against the ligand and the enzyme-labeled ligand can be contained in the substrate layer or another layer laminated on the substrate layer in advance. |
