titleOfInvention | Measurement method and measurement kit |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] Highly sensitive and rapid measurement that does not cause agglutination due to non-specific reaction and that can accurately measure even a biological sample containing only a low concentration of a substance to be measured. Provided are a method and a measurement kit for performing the measurement method. SOLUTION: In measuring a substance to be measured in a sample, an insoluble carrier sensitized with an antigen or an antibody to the substance to be measured is mixed with the sample to cause an agglutination reaction by an antigen-antibody reaction. A method for measuring a substance to be measured, comprising measuring an amount of change in absorbance and comparing with a calibration curve, wherein the agglutination reaction solution has a molecular weight of 500 to 200. 0, a measuring method comprising a surfactant having a steroid ring as a main skeleton as an agglutination reaction accelerator. |
