abstract (57) Abstract: (A) A glass mainly comprising a silane coupling agent which is a reaction product of an amino group-containing imidazole compound of the formula [I] and (B) a silane compound of the formula [II]. Cloth surface treatment agent and glass cloth treated with it, and laminates from it. Embedded image (Wherein, R 1 CC 4 or less divalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group, R 2, R 3, R 4 = hydrogen, methyl, ethyl), Y-R 5 -SiR 6 3-x R 7 x ··· (II) (Y = halogen group, an isocyanate group, a glycidyl group, a glycidoxy group, R 5 = C 9 following divalent hydrocarbon group, R 6 = methyl Group, ethyl group, R 7 = hydrolyzable group, x = 0-3). [Effect] It is effective as a surface treatment agent for a glass fiber reinforced resin printed wiring board, and since the basic performance is maintained even after the opening processing, a remarkable improvement effect can be exhibited in conjunction with the physical opening effect. As a preferable example of application, there is an application to a high heat resistant resin printed wiring board.
