titleOfInvention | Production method of chlorophyll solution |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Problem] To automate production equipment as much as possible, operate raw materials throughout the year regardless of the season without storing raw materials for a long time, and efficiently and stably in large quantities. Provide technology to produce chlorophyll solution. SOLUTION: Raw Kumasa is stabilized with a heated dilute copper sulfate solution, frozen and preserved after the treatment, and then treated with a heated dilute acid sodium sulfite solution to remove lignin. After removing the lignin, Kuma-basa is cut and treated with a heated diluted caustic soda solution, and the Kuma-basa-containing liquid after the treatment is subjected to solid-liquid separation. The obtained alkaline Kuma-sasa chlorophyll solution is neutralized to produce an acidic Kuma-sasa chlorophyll sediment, and the precipitate is dehydrated to recover the paste-form acidic Kasa-sa-chlorophyll chlorophyll. Prepare a chlorophyll solution. |
