(57) Abstract: Pyridonecarboxylic acid or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof has a general formula (I): (Wherein, L 1 represents an optionally substituted heterocyclic group or aryl group having 14 or less carbon atoms, and R 1 represents an optionally substituted alkyl group or a single bond having 4 or less carbon atoms). A method for solubilizing a pyridonecarboxylic acid, which comprises mixing an arylcarboxylic acid, a solubilizing agent thereof, and an aqueous solution comprising a solubilized pyridonecarboxylic acid. According to the solubilization method of the present invention, the solubility of a pyridonecarboxylic acid compound or a salt thereof at around physiological pH can be improved, and it is mainly applied to eye drops, nasal drops, ear drops, and the like. Aqueous solutions can be prepared. |
