titleOfInvention | Method for producing granulated vinyl chloride resin for paste foam molding |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a vinyl chloride resin for paste foam molding, which is easily loosened when kneaded with a plasticizer, has a low viscosity at a high shear rate of the obtained paste, and can give a good foam molded article. A method for producing granules is provided. SOLUTION: An aqueous liquid that is hardly soluble in water and does not dissolve or swell the vinyl chloride resin is added to an aqueous dispersion of the vinyl chloride resin for paste processing, thereby separating the vinyl chloride resin from the aqueous phase as an aggregate. And recovering the paste by drying, wherein the vinyl chloride resin for paste processing contains polymer particles having a particle size of 0.15 μm or less in an amount of 0.1 to 1.0% by weight of all polymer particles. A method for producing a vinyl chloride resin granule for paste foam molding. |
