SOLUTION: The base sheet obtained by treating a nonwoven fabric, a paper or a foam sheet with a treatment liquid composed of a mineral component eluted with water from an ore and an antibacterial zeolite and a synthetic and natural paste such as polyvinyl alcohol as appropriate.
