(57) [Problem] To provide a soybean protein-containing beverage that is easy to drink even when soybean protein is contained at a high concentration. A soybean protein having a glycinin / β-conglycinin ratio of 1.5 or more, preferably 2.5 or more, more preferably 3.0 or more, obtained by reacting a soy protein with a proteinase. 1-20% by weight, preferably 1.5-1% by weight of a soybean protein decomposition product having a ratio (% by weight) of acetic acid-soluble protein to total protein of 5-20%. It is a soy protein-containing beverage containing 5%, which has solved the above-mentioned problems. |
