abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] A novel plant cultivation method and a new plant cultivation method that does not cause root growth disorders such as root rot due to over-watering, fertilizer or burn due to excessive thickening components, and facilitates plant cultivation. An apparatus for growing a plant is provided. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a method for cultivating a plant using the inside of a container, wherein (1) the amount of water absorbed by the plant is attached to the inside of the container from a water source outside the container for filling the soil or the like, (2) A medium containing a thickening component is filled so as to cover the periphery of the water guide in the container, and (3) a part of a plant root. A plant cultivation method characterized by contacting or approaching the above-mentioned water-guiding portion or planting the seed, or planting and cultivating seeds while coming into contact with or near the water-guiding portion, and a cultivation apparatus used for the cultivation method.
