abstract (57) [Problem] To provide an anti-adhesion agent and an anti-adhesion film for preventing adhesion of unburned substances in a combustion environment such as a combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine of an automobile engine. SOLUTION: An anti-adhesion agent substantially consisting of a metal alkoxide and a fluoroalkyl group-substituted alkoxide in which a part of the alkoxyl group is substituted with a fluoroalkyl group, wherein the metal alkoxide contains a titanium alkoxide. An anti-adhesion film substantially consisting of a metal oxide, wherein a part of non-metal atoms is substituted with a fluoroalkyl group, and containing titanium oxide as the metal oxide.
