SOLUTION: A polyamide resin composition comprising a specific ratio of (A) a polyamide resin and (B) a modified polyolefin resin obtained by graft-polymerizing an α, β-unsaturated carboxylic acid or a derivative thereof to a polyolefin copolymer.
