titleOfInvention Method for taking out electrode, method for manufacturing thin film, and color filter
abstract (57) Abstract: A method for easily extracting electrodes from a plurality of wirings on the same substrate without the need for a three-dimensional wiring using a complicated photolithography process, and manufacturing a thin film using the extracted electrodes. To provide a way to SOLUTION: After a wiring of an electrode take-out portion is formed on a substrate in a stepwise manner, a potential is applied to a wiring to be cut, and the wiring to which the potential is applied is cut by physical contact, and then cut. Only the electrode extraction portion of the wiring and the other wiring to be energized are connected to conduct, and the electrode is extracted using the wiring of the electrode extraction portion. Using the electrodes thus taken out, a thin film of a hydrophobic substance is formed on each electrode by an electrolytic method.
