Roll and roll manufacturing method |

(57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a roll of a conductive polyurethane foam which has dense and uniform cells, is flexible, has a small swelling property due to moisture, and has good dimensional stability, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: In a roll having a conductive polyurethane foam, a urethane prepolymer is added with an aqueous dispersion of conductive carbon particles in an amount to supply a water amount in a stoichiometrically excess with respect to the isocyanate group, and the mixture is mixed and foamed. A urethane prepolymer obtained by reacting a polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene copolymerized polyether-based polyol having a polyoxyethylene chain content of 30% by weight or less of the total polyol amount with a chemically equivalent excess of an isocyanate component. It was done. In the production, the foam after mixing is molded in a mold having an inner volume smaller than the foam volume when the foam is freely foamed under atmospheric pressure. |
