abstract | (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Problem] When synthesizing saccharides which are attracting attention as pharmaceuticals, agricultural chemicals, cosmetics, reagents, etc., an allyl group is introduced as a protecting group at position 1 of a synthetic intermediate of a sugar derivative. And a method for producing an allyl glycoside derivative. A glycosyl acetate derivative is reacted with triallyl borate in the presence of a Lewis acid to obtain an allyl glycoside having a 1-O-acetyl group converted to an allyl group. |
