titleOfInvention | Enzyme complex and cosmetics containing the same |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a means for improving the stability over time of an enzyme activity in a cosmetic, and to provide a means for maintaining a uniformly dispersed state in a liquid system. Kind Code: A1 Abstract: A microparticle / enzyme complex, in particular, a colloidal microparticle having a particle size of 200 nm or less and an enzyme complexed by ionic interaction, especially at a pH within a range in which the colloidal microparticle is acceptable as a cosmetic. Colloidal fine particles having a diameter of 200 nm or less are positively or negatively charged colloidal fine particles, and a part of the complexing enzyme, which is not directly related to the activity of the enzyme, has a charge opposite to that of the colloidal fine particles. The problem described above can be solved by providing a fine particle-enzyme complex of a charged enzyme and the fine particles, and a cosmetic containing the enzyme complex. |
