titleOfInvention | Photosensitive resin composition for chemical milling and photosensitive element |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition for chemical milling, which has improved adhesion to a metal containing iron such as an iron-based alloy, and has little etching, and is provided with a lead frame or a metal mask. Provided is a photosensitive resin composition for chemical milling suitably used for precision metal processing such as production, and a photosensitive element using the same. SOLUTION: (A) (a) a binder polymer containing acrylic acid or methacrylic acid, and (b) a vinyl copolymer unit derived from an alkyl acrylate or an alkyl methacrylate, and (B) at least one molecule in a molecule. A monomer having one polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated group, (C) a photopolymerization initiator, and (D) a tetrazole dimer represented by the general formula (I) or a water-soluble salt thereof, A photosensitive resin composition for chemical milling that can be developed with an aqueous alkali solution. (In the formula, R 1 and R 2 represent hydrogen, an alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, or the like.) |
