titleOfInvention Alumina-carbon tuyere brick
abstract (57) [Abstract] (Modified) [PROBLEMS] To improve the durability of alumina-carbon tuyere brick (referred to as AG tuyere brick), improvement of oxidation resistance is an effective means. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an alkenyl group of an alkenyl group-containing epoxidized novolak resin having higher oxidation resistance than a conventional novolak type or resol type phenol resin in order to improve the oxidation resistance of AG tuyere brick. By using, as a binder, a silicone-modified phenol resin obtained by adding and crushing hexamethylenetetramine to a resin composition obtained by performing an addition reaction with SiH groups of an organopolysiloxane, This is a highly durable AG tuyere brick developed.
