abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a method for manufacturing a building panel quickly and easily. SOLUTION: An assembly panel 6 composed of a frame 1 and face members 3 and 5 assembled on opposing surfaces of the frame is mounted on a press stand 9. After a plurality of stages are placed and constrained, the press gantry is floated by a jet injection device 10 provided on the bottom surface of the press gantry, and is manually moved to the installation location of an injection machine 12 for injecting the hard polyurethane. After the injection, a process of moving by hand and curing is continuously performed one after another, hard polyurethane is injected between the face members 3 and 5 of the assembled panel 6, and a hard polyurethane foam formed by foaming of the hard polyurethane is formed. The above-mentioned face material and the frame are integrally bonded to each other through the step 7 to manufacture a building panel. |
