titleOfInvention Automatic gas injection mechanism of gas fire extinguisher
abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide an automatic gas injection mechanism having a simple structure and disposable. A valve filled with a high-pressure carbon dioxide gas is attached to a valve holding block, and a sealing valve of the gas valve is crushed by a piercing needle to discharge gas. The valve holding block 1 has a sensor mounting point 3 having a truncated cone shape at one end, a female thread 5 for mounting a valve at the other end, and a needle 7 having a piercing needle 10 projected through a shaft hole 8. Insertion, piercing needle 1 0 and the communication hole 11 are opened to the injection nozzle 12. A shape memory alloy in which the firing pin 7 is elastically inserted by a coil spring 14, and has an elliptical shape at room temperature in a locking groove 13 provided around the end thereof and is temperature-biased so as to be transformed into a perfect circle in a preset temperature atmosphere. And the firing ring 7 is retracted and held by fitting the short diameter portion of the locking ring-type temperature sensor 16 made of stainless steel.
