abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide an epoch-making primer layer which has good adhesion to a substrate and is stable over time without impairing the functions to be provided by the primer layer. The use of such a primer provides a waterless planographic printing plate having excellent image reproducibility and ink repellency and excellent productivity. A waterless planographic printing plate comprising a substrate, a primer layer, a photosensitive layer, and a silicone rubber layer laminated in this order, wherein the primer layer comprises a tolylenediisocyanate-based blocked isocyanate and a diphenylmethane diisocyanate-based blocked isocyanate. A waterless lithographic printing plate characterized by being blended for use. |
