abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a method for structural analysis and structural verification of a compound which can be easily and quickly performed and can be used in combination with a known program using existing data. (A) obtaining a predicted structure; and (b) obtaining a first data signal relating to a compound which differs from the predicted structure only in certain substituents, wherein (c) a partial structure similar to that of the compound of (b). And a second data signal indicating a difference between the data of the compound having the same structure as that of the compound having only a certain substituent and a compound having the same partial structure as the compound of (d) and (b). Obtaining third data indicating a difference between a compound having a group and a compound which differs from the compound having only a certain substituent, and (e) correcting the first data signal by the second and third data signals, For comparison, the structure of the compound is analyzed.
