abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a coating method and a coating apparatus by a die coating method which prevent drying of a coating liquid before forming a film and a coating liquid on the surface of a lip tip, and do not generate stripes. SOLUTION: In a coating method for continuously applying a coating liquid extruded from a slit of a die to at least one surface of a traveling film, the humidity of an atmosphere around a die lip is set to 60 to 95 RH%. Method, In a coating apparatus for continuously extruding a coating liquid from a slit of a die to a running film for performing the method and forming a coating film on the surface thereof, a humidity adjusting means for adjusting the humidity of the atmosphere around the die lip is provided. A coating apparatus, wherein the humidity of the atmosphere is maintained at 60 to 95 RH%. |
