titleOfInvention Fermentation equipment
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] The present invention introduces fresh air into a fermentation chamber in order to ferment bacteria efficiently, and generates a gentle convection of warm air in the fermentation chamber, so that the entire temperature is substantially uniform. Another object of the present invention is to provide a fermentation apparatus that eliminates the need for troublesome work of replacing upper and lower shelves. SOLUTION: A fermentation chamber provided with a door, a plurality of shelves mounted on the fermentation chamber at predetermined intervals on which fermentable bacterial deposits can be placed, and the plurality of shelves A heater provided in the fermentation chamber at a lower portion of the fermentation chamber to keep the inside of the fermentation chamber at a predetermined temperature, an evaporating dish containing water provided so that steam is generated by the heat of the heater, and an evaporating dish And a heat receiving plate capable of absorbing the heat of the heater provided between the lowermost shelf of the plurality of shelves, and an outlet and an air intake provided at the upper and lower portions of the fermentation chamber. The fermentation apparatus is constituted by a convection passage formed in the fermentation chamber so that the temperatures of the plurality of shelves in the fermentation chamber can be substantially equalized.
