abstract | (57) [Summary] An object of the present invention is to provide a residual heat removal system capable of suppressing the adhesion of radioactivity to the residual heat removal system piping. A pipe (indicated by a thick line in the drawing) extending from a branch point to a reactor water purification system (8) in a residual heat removal system (4) and an atom in the residual heat removal system (5). Teflon is coated on an inner surface of a pipe (indicated by a thick line in the drawing) in a range from an outlet of the furnace pressure vessel 1 to an inlet of the heat exchanger 7. That is, the Teflon coating 13 is applied to the inner surface of the carbon steel pipe 14 in these ranges. |
