titleOfInvention Hot spraying of refractories
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] When spraying an amorphous refractory onto a high-temperature construction body, the explosion or cracks caused by the generation of water vapor are suppressed, and the durability and spraying work of the spray layer are suppressed. Provided is a method for hot spraying a refractory of irregular shape, which can improve heat resistance. SOLUTION: A refractory kneaded material containing a refractory powder, a hardener, an aluminum powder of 0.1 to 0.5 wt%, and a moisture of 2 to 8 wt% is supplied to a spray nozzle 11, and the tip of the spray nozzle 11 is provided. A hardening accelerator is supplied, and a refractory kneaded material containing the hardening accelerator is sprayed on the high-temperature work surface 15 of the molten metal container 16.
